Payments
If you are receiving your insurance premium notices directly from your insurance company, you should remit payment directly to them in the envelope provided with your statement. All other premium payment notices should be sent to our office. Payments to our office can be either mailed or faxed. Please include a copy of your invoice in order that the payment is correctly applied.
